The "Three-Year Action Plan for the Development of New Data Centers (2021-2023)" mentioned that new data centers have the characteristics of high technology, high computing power, high energy efficiency, and high security. This requires comprehensive innovation and optimization of data centers in planning and design, construction, operation and maintenance, and energy utilization to achieve the goals of high efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability.

As the carrier of network, server and other equipment in the data center computer room, the cabinet is a rigid demand product for data center construction and an important part of the construction of new data centers.

As the demand for computing power increases at a high rate, the issues of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions in various application scenarios have attracted national attention. In September 2020, my country clarified the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"; in February 2021, the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Establishment and Improvement of a Green, Low-Carbon Circular Development Economic System", requiring accelerating the green transformation of the information service industry. Nowadays, the demand for computing power is growing explosively. Many companies are committed to improving the energy efficiency of equipment through innovative energy-saving technologies, and awareness of cabinet energy-saving design is gradually becoming popular.
