Constructed primarily from cold-rolled steel or stainless steel depending on user requirements, the cabinet offers durability against mechanical wear, moisture, and corrosion. Its electrostatic powder-coated surface not only enhances its lifespan but also improves its professional appearance. The default finish features a sleek white body with blue accents on the top and bottom edges, giving it a clean and recognizable look suitable for control rooms and factory floors alike. For industries with specific brand colors or visibility needs, custom colors can be applied as part of the production plan.
One of the key highlights of this control cabinet is the front-mounted interface panel. The slightly recessed control surface is fitted with multiple round cutouts and rectangular windows, allowing for easy installation of meters, signal lights, buttons, or digital displays. All holes are precisely CNC-punched to maintain perfect alignment, spacing, and edge smoothness.
