The main structure of metal control box is formed from a single piece of cold-rolled steel sheet, precisely cut and bent by CNC machinery. The flanges are integrated as part of the base shell, allowing for rigid and secure mounting against panels or inside larger systems. The box also includes a flat removable lid or panel—secured via fasteners or sliding tabs—allowing for easy internal access during setup or maintenance.

On the front-facing panel of metal control box, multiple pre-machined holes serve as access ports for various connectors. These include round holes for AC220V input and LED output cables, rectangular slots for LAN and CAN interfaces, and small matrix-style pinholes for data signal or GPIO connections. Our preferred payment method is a 40% downpayment, with the balance paid before shipment. Please note that if an order amount is less than $10,000 (EXW price, excluding shipping fee), the bank charges must be covered by your company. Our packaging consists of plastic bags with pearl-cotton protection, packed in cartons and sealed with adhesive tape.
