In addition to precision cutouts, the enclosure features strategically placed slotted vents on the side and top panels to promote passive airflow. This fabricated metal enclosure is composed of several sheet metal components: top cover, base panel, side walls, and front interface panel. These parts are CNC-cut from flat cold-rolled steel sheets, then bent and formed into their final shapes. All corners are precisely aligned and joined using spot welding or mechanical fasteners to ensure strength and stability during operation. Each component is manufactured to tight tolerances for repeatable quality and perfect fit.
The front panel is designed to be removable or slide-out, depending on client specifications. It includes multiple CNC-machined cutouts positioned for user controls, status lights, or data ports. These cutouts are customized to match the hardware mounted inside the cabinet. The cutouts may vary in shape and size — circular for LEDs and buttons, rectangular for USB or HDMI ports, or custom openings for proprietary connectors.
Internally, the structure supports mounting elements like standoffs, brackets, or threaded inserts that allow secure attachment of printed circuit boards (PCBs), modules, and control units. The inner walls can be pre-fabricated with guiding holes or slots to accommodate wire harnesses and cable organization systems. Grounding points can be incorporated into the base for electrical safety and compliance with EMC requirements.
The enclosure is designed with cooling in mind. The ventilation slots on the side and top promote natural convection airflow, helping dissipate heat generated by internal electronics. Our preferred payment method is a 40% downpayment, with the balance paid before shipment. Please note that if an order amount is less than $10,000 (EXW price, excluding shipping fee), the bank charges must be covered by your company. Our packaging consists of plastic bags with pearl-cotton protection, packed in cartons and sealed with adhesive tape.
